What remodeling work do you take on?
Interior and exterior remodeling, including flooring installation, drywall installation and repair, general carpentry, and demolition and site preparation. Many remodels are a combination of all of them, and some include a room we know especially well: bathroom remodeling is our most requested project.
Why hire a general contractor for a remodel?
A remodel touches several trades, and somebody has to sequence them, keep the scope straight and answer for the result. As a licensed general contractor (Oregon CCB #253801), we provide the project management and subcontractor coordination, so you are not juggling separate crews yourself.
How is a remodel priced?
Every house and every plan is different, so we start with a visit and write a detailed estimate with a clearly defined scope of work. You see exactly what is included before you commit, and estimates are free for qualifying projects. Exterior work like siding can be written into the same estimate.
Do you work on commercial properties?
