What does a full bathroom remodel include?
A full remodel can take the room back to the studs and rebuild it: demolition, any framing or drywall and carpentry the new layout needs, then the tub or shower, tile, flooring, vanity and fixtures. As a licensed general contractor we coordinate the plumbing, electrical and other subcontractors, so the work happens in the right order and you have one company accountable for the result.
Can you just replace my tub or shower?
Yes. Bathtub and shower replacements are part of this service, and they are often the right answer when the rest of the room is in good shape. We replace a worn tub with a new one, swap an old shower for a new enclosure, or make the replacement one step in a larger project.
How does a walk-in shower conversion work?
A walk-in shower conversion takes out an existing bathtub and builds a shower in its place, usually with a low or no-step entry. Before we write the estimate we look at the drain location, the walls around the tub and the floor underneath, because those set how much work the conversion involves. The estimate then spells out exactly what will be removed, what will be built and which finishes are included.
